Inside Telesales Representative

Job description

We are looking for a Call Center Representative who will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers.

Primary Responsibilities 

  • Make calls and manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way


  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

$20 per hour. This is a part-time position (10-20 hours per week) This can potentially become a full-time position with the right candidate. Please email your resume and your availability to work during the week.

Priority will be given to people who can work locally in our San Rafael office. Experience selling or supporting IT or Cyber services or products is a plus.
